Product Introduction:

Antimony Trioxide Synergist is a high-performance flame retardant synergist, which is completely different from zinc borate, hydrotalcite, and other types of synergists available on the market. Antimony Trioxide Synergist primarily consists of tin silicate, which works in conjunction with halogen-based flame retardants to extinguish flames in the gaseous state. Its secondary function is to accelerate carbon formation in the solid state. These compounds are true oxide mixtures, with silicon and tin atoms distributed within the crystal lattice. This chemical distribution within the crystal grants tin silicate its fire-resistant properties. Antimony Trioxide Synergist is currently mainly used as a replacement for antimony trioxide flame retardants, the mining of which is restricted by national regulations. This material is environmentally friendly and can significantly reduce production costs for customers. It has been widely adopted by numerous clients in flame-retardant modifications of PP, ABS, HIPS, PVC wires and cables, PBT, PA, and other materials, receiving extensive positive feedback from customers.

1、Antimony Trioxide Synergist offers high whiteness (greater than 98%) and high-temperature resistance (TGA 1% weight loss temperature exceeds 600°C). It is particularly suitable for materials such as PA, PBT, PET, PP, ABS, HIPS, and PE, ensuring the final product does not discolor and maintains excellent thermal stability.

2、Antimony Trioxide Synergist can replace 30%-50% of antimony trioxide by equal weight. Due to its lower cost, it significantly reduces production costs for customers. It also provides flame retardancy, smoke suppression, and anti-dripping effects in flame-retardant materials, making it an ideal flame retardant synergist.

3、This product exhibits good compatibility with plastics, excellent flowability, and can be uniformly dispersed within plastic products, preserving the original basic mechanical properties of the plastic products.

4、This product has excellent thermal stability, res discoloration at high temperatures, and improves the coloring power of materials.

Product Application:

This product can directly replace 30%-50% of antimony trioxide powder by equal weight. It can be mixed uniformly with base resins and various additives for mass production without altering the flame retardant effectiveness prior to substitution. It is suitable for halogen-based flame retardant systems in ABS, PBT, PET, PA, PS, PP, and PE.

Product Packaging and Storage:

This product is packaged in composite kraft paper bags, with net weights of 20 kg/bag or 25 kg/bag. It should be stored in a ventilated, dry, and cool place at room temperature. It can be transported as general cargo.
